This blue cheese sauce is as simple as it gets — just two ingredients, a microwave, and a few minutes. Rich, creamy, and full of bold flavour, it's the perfect companion for steak, chicken, roasted vegetables, or as a dipping sauce for crusty bread.
Combine the sour cream and blue vein cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on medium heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Pour into a serving dish and garnish with extra crumbled blue vein cheese.
Serve warm.
